Following from the previous post on New Year's Parable of A Drop of Water, we share here a post belonging to the Series of Sharing Spiritual Dreams. In this our beloved reader and contributor M. E. B. shares the following enchanting and intricate dream. The dream is heavily pregnant with hints about our soul's journey to its Destination. Such dreams have such subtle quality that one can immediately sense that they are not mere projection of mind, but sent as gift from the realm of the unseen (spiritual, not psychological). May all our dreams become source of blessing, guidance and gift of truth realization.

I had been exploring the mysterious corridors of my unconscious when a dream occurred. There was a small group of us, five or six, visiting a large city to explore the old museum and library there. A marching band was on parade, which had something to do with me. The band led us to a magnificent building, which then led to a discreet winding path, not a worn trail, through a thick forest. By now it was night, but I could clearly see by the light of a full moon. Everything was quiet except for the rustle of leaves underfoot.
Deep in the forest a small chapel appeared, a sacred place, though not religious. We quietly entered. It was well-lighted inside, simple, but with valuable treasures and exquisite architecture and furnishings of fine woods. The chapel guardian, who was expecting us, gave a warm greeting … though we couldn’t see her. She wore a plain brown robe with a hood that hid her face. She told the history of the chapel as we moved slowly to the front of the room, but at the front, history changed into another dimension. Before us was a massive altar of the finest old wood carved with intricate designs. This is where the most sacred items are kept. 
Cushions of light padded the interior. In the first atomic instant a loose pile of tiny human bones appeared... immediately changing into a complete human form a few inches tall. She is alive … and exceedingly beautiful in her ivory gown flowing freely as she dances in the shimmering light. Then she changed again to just her shoulders and head surrounded by a sphere of swirling iridescent colors like the surface of a soap bubble... then she changed again into a skull … not death … a seed. She just demonstrated a complete life cycle... birth, life, seed … to begin again. A stunning, yet perfectly natural transformation... in Eternity. Deep inside I knew her well.
The guardian said: This is your Soul … a finite drop from the Infinite Sea of the invisible, formless, Uncreated God. The mysterious urge in Him, “I was a Hidden Treasure and I yearned to be known,” is therefore, also in the drop. This ‘yearning to be known’ is what brought creation slowly into being … evolving material forms for the drop to journey through – gradually learning, becoming aware, increasing in consciousness … transforming from the Hidden Unconscious God to the Realized Conscious God. It is the reason we are here.
The individual drop Soul always remains the same Uncreated God... pure, untouched, unchanged as it journeys through creation. The vehicles for the Soul’s journey, the body, that it takes in increasingly evolved forms, then incarnations, is like a bubble that encases the drop leaving it in its purity. It is the bubble that we see with its ever-changing swirling energy and colors, symbolic of the layers of life conditions that the body holds, like the layers of the puzzle box: the mind... the ego... maya... karma… and the Heart, which is the Eye of the Soul, the subtle organ of visions, the Abode of Love. It is through these life conditions in each incarnation that consciousness increases until it becomes complete... and the Treasure is known.
Deep within our heart is our drop Soul, the Eternal Pure Self that never dies. It is the same in each of us, in all of us, throughout the world. We are this Soul, not the temporary limited body or intellect or karma. So when reference is made in numerous ways that ‘God is within...’ it is literally true.
This extraordinary meeting drew to a close. Sadly I whispered goodbye to this indescribable ‘person’ as I waited for her to return to her ancient chamber. I turned to walk away when the guardian said, “Don’t go, this is for you, you are to wear it.” She was holding a gold ring with a tiny bubble of light and swirling colors affixed to it - an echo of our moment in Eternity. She said that the ancient Soul was not returning to her hidden tomb, but was entering the world, my conscious world, and the ring is a living symbol of it, a constant reminder. I was fully in this thought, knowing that I would never forget it, when I woke up.

To the Divine Reality is your return all together. The promise of Allah is true.
Indeed, Hu begins the (process of) creation and then repeats it.
Unquestionably, to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. Unquestionably, the promise of Allah is true, but most of them do not know. He gives life and causes death, and to Hu you shall be returned.
Allah begins the creation and then repeats it, so how are you (still) deluded?
